Revision History
Please be understanding when uncovering
bugs, I completed this software in 1998 long before I
was hit by a truck while out for a training ride. I was
diagnosed with brain damage, short-term memory and concentration
problems. I was unable to publish the newest application version that
was to be released with the Wheel Maker upgrade in 2003. In December
2004 my doctor declared me mentally disabled. This application has
been unchanged without any updates in twelve years and the base
formulas and calculator subroutines have remained unchanged in twelve
years, since the Windows 98 release. The same logic in this Windows
application is available for FREE
in the Online web application which I encourage you to use
instead.
