Due to lack of interest Crazy Rides will no longer offer sales or support via CompuServe

June 21, 1998 -- Crazy Rides

After five years of continuous presence on CompuServe, Crazy Rides will no longer offer sales of it's products in the Software Registration forum (GO SWREG) and our account will be closed, eliminating any e-mail support as well. Following a very busy 1995 and 1996, the Spring of 1997 began the downward trend on CompuServe which has continued to this day. Less than 5% of sales have been recorded through CompuServe versus our Internet sales service with REGNET and RegNow!. A combination of events has contributed to this decision including the AOL buy out of CompuServe and the increase in popularity and trust that has been established over the Internet. Even though this may damage communications with some customers, in general Crazy Rides customer support services will improve because of a tighter focus and higher commitment resulting from this move.
