Press Release
With the
release of Windows 98, Crazy Rides will end 16-bit support and development
June 25, 1998 -- Crazy Rides
Windows 98 has arrived and Crazy Rides has shifted gears to provide the best product
for 32-bit operating systems (Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT 4).
We will no longer be developing or updating any software for 16-bit operating systems
(Windows 3.1, Windows for Workgroups, and Windows NT 3.51) and any technical
support required with existing 16-bit software will be handled without a software
solution.
If any problems do occur in either our 16-bit or
other products, we would appreciate hearing about them. Starting immediately many
existing products will be rewritten using Visual Basic 5 (SP3), or
Visual Basic 6 when available, resulting in richer and more enhanced products
since we will no longer be required to maintain 16-bit compatibility.
