Revision History
Please be understanding when uncovering
bugs, I completed this software in 2002 before I
was hit by a truck while out for a training ride. I was
diagnosed with brain damage, short-term memory and concentration
problems. I eventually was able to publish the application and tried
to return to work until December 2004 when my doctor declared me
mentally disabled. This application has been unchanged without any
updates in seven years and the base formula subroutine has remained
unchanged in twelve years, since the Windows 98 release. The same
logic in this Windows application is available for FREE
in the Online web application which I encourage you to use
instead.

free to clean it up and I will post the solution here with a free link
to your business.

- Download, extract, and merge the
registry clip that will reset the Wheel Maker state. This
will fix the cannot open from minimized state or opening
off screen which happens when
the Wheel Maker software is closed while
minimized. This can happen
when Windows shuts-down or Wheel Maker is closed from the
taskbar. (download
from here)
- There is a simpler solution to the same a problem with the
symptoms. (Thanks to my friend at spokopellibikes.com
on July 13, 2010 for writing this other method)
I was reminded of the days before mice when you
could right-click them select 'Restore' on the application in the Taskbar then
right-click on the application in the Taskbar again and select
'Move'. If you move the mouse around on the screen you should see the four-way move arrow for the
hidden application window. Now use the 'arrow' keys to bring the application back onto the visible part of the
screen. It should be arrow down, then arrow right to bring back
the hidden screen but do not feel bound to only down and right. If
it does not show momentarily they try the opposite direction
because I never imagined these days of multiple screens and huge resolutions
in 2003.

Corrections
Inside the help file on the 'Rim Diameter Measurement' page. It
should read:
Calculate the diameter:
(length of rod #1) + (length of rod #2) -
(the length of overlapping rods) = rim diameter

In the above diagram: A is the overlap length and B is the length
of a rod.
